The Chief Minister of Keralam wants to shift the Trivandrum zoo.
He wants something like Madison Square in that one and only green space in the city.
The last time they were in power, more than 10 years back, they had plans to create a mall or some concrete jungle in the place of the University Stadium.
Time won't change people.
